Argentum Fulfillment Services, Inc. is an affiliate of Credit Bureau Financial Services, which has been in business since 1986. Credit Bureau Financial Services is based in Wichita Falls, TX and offers various other financial services to a broad range of clients.
The owners/managing partners of Argentum Fulfillment Services, Inc. have a combined total of over 100 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and have held numerous board positions in national associations, including the Consumer Data Industry Association, the National Consumer Reporting Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
Management Team Bio’s
Fred E Bassett, Vice President/President of Credit Bureau Financial Services, Inc.
Fred E Bassett was raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma. After graduating from Chickasha High School and the University of Oklahoma, Fred served on active duty in the United States Army. At the conclusion of active duty, Fred purchased a debt collection agency in Chickasha. He built his company to include the Credit Bureau in Chickasha, Stillwater, and Muskogee, Oklahoma. Fred sold his Oklahoma companies and purchased the Credit Bureau in Wichita Falls, Victoria, and Laredo, Texas. He currently owns and operates Credit Bureau Financial Services in Wichita Falls, Texas. Fred has served the industry in many capacities in both Oklahoma and Texas. Additionally he has served on many civic boards in both Oklahoma and Texas. Fred has also served on the city council of Wichita Falls, Texas.
Michael Crockett, President of the Board of Directors
Michael has extensive background in operations management and national sales in the mortgage credit industry. His career includes branch management, executive management and strategic sales positions that span 20+ years. Michael has a proven track record for leading teams to successfully meet goals in achieving quality performance. Michael has served on various boards in both the mortgage industry and his local community.
Larry Knigge, Chief Operations Officer
Larry has an extensive background in the mortgage credit industry. He began his career in the industry in 1978 with Associated Credit Services. During his career he has held numerous general management positions with CSC Credit Services (acquired by Equifax in 2013). Larry also was Partner/General Manager of Credit Profile Services, the largest independent mortgage credit reporting company in the southwestern United States prior to selling the business to Kroll Factual Data in 1999. He has also offered consulting services to mortgage companies and credit reporting companies in his role as President of Data Profile Services. Larry has served on numerous industry board of directors, including the Consumer Data Industry Association and the National Consumer Reporting Association.
Jennifer Salter, Vice President of Operations
Jennifer has a comprehensive compliance and operations knowledge. Expertise in retail, builder, wholesale and correspondent channels with a proven track record for driving results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. She has over 14+ years’ experience in processing, underwriting, closing, pre-funding audits (QA), post-closing audits (QC) and forensic/defense reviews. Jennifer has proficiently managed teams to ensure loans produced are within company policies, government requirements, federal and state laws, as well as Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, and investor guidelines. She has expertise with mortgage regulatory items to include RESPA, TILA, HOEPA, FCRA, ECOA, HMDA, FDCPA, Frank-Dodd and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts. Jennifer also has over 7 years in compliance and 12 years in operations. She consistently maintains high rank in achieving volume, quality, and revenue goals set forth by the company and is competent in creating and implementing systems and procedures to efficiently drive outstanding results.
Lanett McCoy, Business Development Manager
Lanett’s background in the mortgage credit industry began in 1983 with the Credit Bureau of Norman, Oklahoma, which sold to CSC Credit Services. During her career, she held numerous positions with CSC Credit Services (acquired by Equifax) including Sales Representative, Account Manager, and National Account Executive for CSC Mortgage Services. In 1993, Lanett became a Vice President with Credit Profile Services, the largest independent mortgage credit reporting company in the southwestern United States. After selling the business to Kroll Factual Data, Lanett became Sales Manager at Credit Bureau Mortgage Services. She has earned numerous awards during her career and has volunteered her time and efforts to many organizations within the mortgage industry and many community organizations, and has served on numerous boards.
